"To all homeowners... I have recently used Tyr May at (Top Tier Land Surveying) to survey my home property to eliminate the need for the FEMA Flood Insurance. He and his assistant arrived at my home at the time that was scheduled. They were very nice and professional and explained in detail exactly what the steps they were going to take, and the procedures that they were doing around my house. It took them less than an hour to do all their necessary survey work. The whole process was quick and non intrusive. A few weeks later I received a letter from FEMA called the "LOMA letter" releasing my property from the need to have the mandatory flood insurance that the government requires. As of now my home mortgage lender no longer requires me to carry flood insurance and I am saving approximately $1500 per year. Thank you Tyr."
