A Topographic Survey is usually needed for the planning of construction, large or small-scale. Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) construction is common, and typically requires a topo, and boundary survey. We will provide the client with a detailed map that shows: Elevation Contour Lines, Existing Structures, Fences, Walls, Visible Utilities and Trees larger than .5 feet in diameter.  We can usually have a Topographic Survey complete within 10 days of the signing of the contract.
