A Topographic Survey is usually requested for the planning of construction.  We will provide the client with a detailed map that shows: Elevation Contour Lines, Existing Structures, Fences, Walls, Visible Utilities and Trees larger than .5 feet in diameter.  We can usually have a Topographic Survey complete within 10 days of the signing of the contract.
